PREPXPERTS ONLINE ACADEMY
Terms and Conditions
We Respect you. Please reciprocate the same. Let’s Achieve success together!
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using any service offered by PrepXperts Online Academy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PrepXperts Online Academy and govern your use of our platform, courses, resources, and all related services. Accessing or using our Platform in any capacity signifies your full acceptance of these Terms.
Important Notice: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue access to this Platform immediately. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform": refers to the PrepXperts Online Academy website, mobile applications, portals, learning management system, and all associated digital services.
- "Academy" / "we" / "us" / "our": refers to PrepXperts Online Academy and its authorised representatives.
- "User" / "you" / "your": refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or interacts with the Platform in any capacity.
- "Course Content": refers to all educational material provided through the Platform, including but not limited to video lectures, study notes, practice questions, mock examinations, and downloadable resources.
- "Mentor": refers to qualified medical professionals and subject-matter experts who deliver instruction, guidance, or live sessions through the Platform.
- "Subscription": refers to a time-bound or course-bound paid access plan granted to a User upon purchase.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, enrolling in any course, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that:
Work through the systems sequentially for each paper. For FOP, cover each clinical system — respiratory, cardiovascular, neurology, neonatology, gastroenterology, endocrinology — making sure you understand UK clinical guidelines rather than just disease mechanisms. The FOP paper is UK-standard medicine. Growth charts, development red flags, NICE guidelines, and safeguarding protocols are tested in ways that catch international candidates who have only studied disease management.
- You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- You consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are accessing the Platform for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes unless a separate written agreement exists with the Academy.
The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility
To register and use the Platform, you must:
For FOP specifically, the Clinical Cases for MRCPCH Foundation of Practice book is a strong companion — it mirrors the exact question style and helps you develop the clinical reasoning the exam requires rather than just knowledge recall. TAS candidates benefit from a similar case-based resource: Clinical Cases for MRCPCH Theory and Science maps 50 clinical cases directly to the examination syllabus.
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be a medical professional, healthcare student, postgraduate trainee, or an individual enrolled in a recognised medical education programme.
- Possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
- Not be subject to any legal prohibition that would prevent you from accessing or using the Platform.
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
PrepXperts Online Academy reserves the right to verify eligibility, refuse registration, or revoke access at its sole discretion where eligibility requirements are found to be unmet or have been misrepresented.

4.3 Account Suspension & Termination
You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account — without prior notice and without liability — if we determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the Platform or its users.

6. Course Content and Access
6.1 Licence to Access
Upon successful enrolment in any free or paid course, the Academy grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the relevant course content solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not confer any ownership rights over the content and is subject to full compliance with these Terms.

- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, watermark, or proprietary notice embedded in course materials.
6.3 Certificates of Completion
Certificates are issued digitally upon successful completion of all assessments and requirements associated with a course. These certificates attest to the completion of an educational programme and do not constitute, nor should they be represented as, a professional medical licence, regulatory qualification, or specialty accreditation unless explicitly and formally designated as such by the relevant issuing body.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and functionality available on the Platform — including but not limited to course videos, study notes, question banks, graphics, logos, icons, software, and interface design — are the exclusive intellectual property of PrepXperts Online Academy or its licensed content contributors, and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The name “PrepXperts Online Academy,” its logo, and associated branding elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of the Academy. Unauthorised use of any of these marks — in any form, medium, or context — is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
7.1 User-Generated Content
When you submit content to the Platform — including discussion forum posts, comments, study notes, or feedback — you grant PrepXperts Online Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
8.1 Pricing and Fees
All course and subscription fees are displayed on the Platform in the applicable currency at the time of enrolment. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, changes will not affect enrolments that have already been confirmed and paid. Applicable taxes or transaction charges may be added at checkout in accordance with local regulations.
8.2 Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used and that the payment information provided is accurate and complete. The Academy does not store your full payment card details.
8.3 Refund Policy
